Stay the hell away from a Touareg....its the worst VW for reliability. Have you ever checked the JD Power initial quality score for the Touraeg?...Every year its score has been over 200pph (problems per hundred units). Just to give you an idea, Lexus and Toyota have been scoring less then 100pph. The FX is a better buy, and its reliable since its been around for a while. Its a bit smallish inside considering the size of its exterior.

Like said above, have you checked out the 07 MDX? Fabuouls SUV...possibly the best driving SUV out there... SH-AWD turns the MDX into a sports car. Ive driven the Cayanne, and X5 V8. MDX will outhandle them both (even the MDX with the non-active dampers)
