Audi blew it with this idea. The RS models are supposed to be top of the line performance. Making an RS4 drop top is like Porsche making a 911 GT3 with a soft-top and tip-tronic tranny.

well... considering that its competition is the CLK63 AMG Cabriolet at $89K and the BMW 650 Convertible at $81K, id say its priced ok...

i've been praying that the new m3 is reasonable when it finally rolls because audi has really really turned these nice cars into super ripoff mobiles imo.

i don't want to get stuck in a 1 series or some shit that thing is way too vertical looking.. could have been an awesome car if it wasn't so ugly and tall.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but at the bottom of it all the RS4 = a VW Passat right?

Incorrect. The current Passat and Jetta share the same chassis.
