i understand what you mean... the RS4 is based on the A4 which compete's with the 3 Series and the C-Class...

but once you introduce the Cab, it changes the market... its not a direct competition, but its a general competition... its aiming to get customer's from these other cars... i dont know how good this car's rear-seat room is, but they all have similar front seat room and features... so it kinda fits in... as Fanman said, they are all 2 door, 4 seat, fabric top convertibles...

the real competition is the M3 Cab... but since thats not currently available, Audi is going to town on the price... i suspect this car will end production when the new M3 Cab comes out... Audi wont be able to "lower" the price on the same car...

 

No digging it. Audi RS line should not include ragtops.
