Yea I thought about that.... The whole potbelly thing seems exaggerated with the vert. Doesn't look too bad though. I just hope this doesn't turn into a "1 series vs. superman" thread......

I'm all for small car, lol s2k isn't exactly what you call big either, but 44k? That just too steep for a car that doesn't look anything close to 44k. With that being said, someone out there will think because it is a BMW 44k is a sweet deal. Do I think the 1 series is over price and only badge worthy? Absolutely fuking hell yes!!! Than again it your money so do whatever that tickle ur pickle.

Yea, i think if I had the dough I would buy one. 44k isn't too bad considering around my area the sticker on a z roadster is 41+ depending on the options. I'd definitely go Bimmer.

135i Coupe $34,000
335i Coupe $40,000
535i Sedan $50,000
I respectfully disagree with people calling it a rip-off. 95% of the options on the 3 and 5 is offered on the 1. The sole disadvantage is dimensions. Some see that as a plus though.

Yea thats how much a new z optioned slightly will cost you and cheaper than the NISMO (albeit thats a fairly limited run). The Nissan near me was getting ready to sell it to my buddy for 35 (4k+ off the sticker), but the caveat was that to get that price he would have to trade in his car ( a c6) so I guess that makes sense. They would turn around and make that money off of his car.
Nonetheless that seems pretty fair considering that a Z will cost you the same and an optioned G will cost you close to 6-7 K more
