ha i work at a socal benz dealer...mann we just got the new c-class (204 chassis)
i dunno when we'll get the 63.....but know what though....the 65s still own ...some clown cat came in with a new cl 65 on 22's.....what a mook...totally ruined the car...since its super unsafe to put 22's on the cars..either you ride on rubber bands or you sheer off and mushroom the upper ball joint...just hackin up a beautiful car....oh well more money for me

I had to turn if off because of those jerkoffs talking. Not sure what this big mystery is though since this motor is currently on offer. It does sound good though.

oh yeah forgot to mention
the engine will definitely be de-tuned from the factory.....the clk 63 has less power than the s,cl,cls
so no 507hp for the c63 (unless u chip it which isnt cheap)

Brabus is offering a 550hp pack now for ALL 63 engines. requires an ECU mod (think about max $2000), headers (up to $4000) and I think some mention of exhaust (could be up to $5000). But as with most AMG's, just a header swap alone (notoriously restrictive in stock form), you're looking at 20-30hp on that alone.
If the C63 is derestricted artificially, then I'm pretty sure some of the less reputabale shops will find what it takes (for $500-1000) to remove that limitation on the ECU and pump it beyond 500hp.
