Interestingly my daughter tried to buy a lighter or a brighter color in Cali and couldn't. She couldn't even get a Nissan dealer to order her a metallic blue Altima Coupe without her paying for it in cash up front. He said that if she didn't buy it they'd never be able to sell it.

Silver and black is just about all you can buy in Cali.
