I had problems with my beater starting, so I took it to mechanic. He looked at it, hooked some gear and told me that I'll probably need to change my battery under warranty (mine is 2 weeks old). I paid 30 bucks for "charging system check".

I went to the store to change it, they tested it, it turned out to be ok. Salesguy told me it's probably alternator.

Then the car died. On the reserved parking slot. The salesguy said it must be charging system.

I'll have to pay for towing now (and probably more).

Now, it looks like mechanic didn't do his job. Can I ask my money back or anything?
