well back to the real topic here... A friend of mine recently bought a 2002 Z06, and while he was researching it, he found that pretty much every safety review has given the new vettes outstanding marks. He's also a member of many vette clubs, most of which have several members whove been in accidents in their vettes... none of them were seriously injured, most walked away from the crash. If you need more convincing though, take a look at some of the pics at http://www.wreckedexotics.com ... Theres a whole load of trashed vettes there, but in every case, (except those where the car was totally destroyed, in which case youre dead no matter what car youre in) the cockpit was untouched. Not to mention, in one pic, theres a vette with the door panels torn off, revealing some friggin huge steel bars (part of a cage that encompasses the entire cockpit)... I'd feel safer in a vette than I would in anything else.

I know it's wrong.
But it makes it have more authority if you don't know what "domo-kun" stands for.

I wasn't even this naive (I'll be nice) when I was 15.
