Default Dodge Demon

Dodge Demon Roadster

Hi Res Pics

Has a 172hp 4 cyl motor as standard but will possibly offer the 300hp motor from the SRT4 Caliber.

With the SRT4 motor this car will have tons of potential. Just have to wait and see the final version.

Very interesting. I do see shades of Z4, 350Z, S2000, and Viper (OK, that one is OK).

The back-end is captivating, but the front leaves me running away. Some Dodge grilles are just plain ugly.

Fugly. And I agree that it looks like they copied styling cues from about 5 different cars. The windshield from the front looks like an S2000, the roll bar and top cover look like they were photoshopped in from a 350z.

Looks a lot like an uglier S2000, to me. The proportions and vertical windscreen look very similar, though the design, especially the rear, is quite a bit busier.

Dodge also makes affordable econocars and muscle cars.

They just aren't that great, Viper excepted.

Actually, I really like their V8 engines - the Hemi (I've driven the 300C) is a very nice motor. Very tractable and pretty quick, especially given the weight of the vehicles it powers. Haven't driven the 6.1L stroked version but it's supposed to be a beast.

Their interiors just leave me cold. Even the 300C (flagship sedan) has a pretty bad interior - I think Hyundai is doing a better interior on their Sonata and Azera and those are cheaper, less "pretentious" cars.

One thing for sure for me, there is way too much reflective stuff in here for a convertible.
