With a curb weight of 2600 lbs and 300 hp with the potential for a lot more because it's a turbo, this car should be very entertaining and sell well for Dodge. Even though the interior is butt ugly!!!

you took the words out of my mouth!

I think it has potential but a LONG way to go as well. As it stands right now, Ive dropped turds that look better than that.

I'm betting it's just a re-skinned Crossfire. Look at the overall shape of it in profile. If you can get past the fugliness of it that is.

Actually it was closer to $45k and I saw a NEW one in the paper for low 30's a year or so ago.
MSRP was $49470: http://autos.msn.com/research/vip/pricing....sfire&trimid=-1. Absolutely agreed that they were available for a lot less, though.

I agree with gbuka -- if the price is right, who cares what it looks like? 300 factory horsepower!

You're both right. The convertible was $49.5K and the coupe was $45K (MSRP for both). I think Corey was referencing the coupe, since I remember him mentioning it at the time.

Yeah, I should have said the Coupe. I would go for a Coupe with the SRT-6 because it would be a decent little track warrior, especially at that price. With the convertible, it would lose chassis rigidity and then just be an ugly SLK.

Too many funky / sharp angles for me. I hate the so-called 'modern' look many cars are taking these days. No elegance or style at all.

I think it's a good looking little car but would not be the least bit interested if it's only got 170hp. I think the SRT6 would be great but might be price prohibitive...if it's not too heavy the SRT4 motor would offer enough potential for me.
