95% I missed the pass on the left one. Well more correctly, their answer should be it depends. On surface streets you can pass on either side. On highways it depends. Some states have signs saying you must pass on the left. In that case you shouldn't pass on the right. Since it isn't true 100% of the time I didn't say both. I was debating with myself as to which they would claim was right, the typical, "yes, but on the freeway left side is preferred" or no because it isn't true for all conditions.

95% for me. When I see a yellow light in So Cal with a camera attached to the intersection, I'm stopping. Those "red light" tickets are ridiculous.
