I have a feeling his inheritance will vanish in the future.

Back on topic, damn! That's expensive!

Utah resident Taig Stewart sent his Viper GTS to Hennessey last May for an engine upgrade to 1100 hp along with several other modifications. For that he wire-transferred $142,500 to Hennessey.

Does this new GTR still have that same crappy transmission and you void your warranty if you use launch control?

Even still, Id take an R34 over this
There was never anything crappy about the transmission

warranty was never voided with launch control

It's misinformation stuck with the GT-R from the shenanigans 2-3 years ago. Several magazines have put 30K or more miles of hard driving, testing, and launches on their long-term testers without any transmission failure. While the majority of owners love the dual-clutch transmission. The '12 model has been beefed up even more. This is my choice of car under $100K.

Have you ever used a search engine? 1 minute on Google will provide all the info you need. Just type his name + scam, crook, ripoff, or something similar.
i sense a hint of sarcasm... why not just answer the question, its not a college research paper, a short answer would work just fine.

Without going into detail, there was one incident where a Vette owner left his car with a certain tuner, the delivery went a few months overdue, he pops in unannounced to find his car outside, parts cannibalized for another car. The car and apparently a refund check of some sort left the tuners shop the same day.

I also read a story from the 300c forums about a Viper owner who left his car for over a year, sent a friend to visit the shop, and found that his car was parted out with no work done at all except gather dust. The unhappy customer had shelled out almost $200,000 up front for the custom work to be done. I don't understand how businesses get away with these scams.

I had not heard of these stories before the topic, it's shocking to me.
