How do you not obsess over door dings?

I don't worry about it as a car isn't worth worrying about. I am not happy if it happens but its just a car and can be fixed. Your main problem is parking way out in the middle of nowhere. That always draws more unwanted attention then if you were to just park between cars.

I sold a perfectly good berlina black my2005 because of pdr trips for door dings. bought a my2006 silver and no worries so far. kinda drastic but i HATE dings.

I hate door dings with a passion. Im completely paranoid about getting new ones, and thankfully my wife is very understanding. We always park far and next to curbs if possible.
