LOL! Have not seen the acronym in years... to be fair for me it would stand for LOUD British Car.

I'll follow up later, IIRC made the request for a custom oval Thursday afternoon, got a quote and a link to a digital image in a couple of hours, ordered Friday AM and by mid-day shipment was confirmed. I'll probably have it in a couple of days.

There is nothing new under the sun; they probably had these in the Roman empire, stuck on the back of chariots to identify if you were registerd in Illyria or Pannonia.
