In the index page, go down to "Test_engine.jpg" or something like that....."for those of you who don't own a 7 or surf the forums, this is a 650+hp N/A 6.5 liter LT1. It spins to 8,000rpm's and makes 400+ftlbs from 2000-8000rpms!"

pushbutton starts have been available aftermarket for years, the S2000 isn't unique by having it.

Um, the reason an S2000 has a Start button is to give it a race car feel, like putting rally stripes on it or something. It is hardly a feature introduced in the S2000, and it certainly doesn't "belong" to the S2000. It is a gimmick that Honda engineers adopted, copying just like everyone else. So if you see a push-button start in a car, take a moment to remember the S2000 copied it, too.

Next thing you know, people will be saying, "Look, it has four tires, they copied the S2000! "

I don't think they are talking about the the general notion of having just a start button.

I think they are getting rowdy because they used the "S2000" start button.

This is not the first time I see similar comments posted by S2k owners on this board...
often times the comments comes in before the actual photos..

That's like putting an LT1 in an S2000. The car is good because of low weight and good distribution.
