Anyone compare the factory ratings of a 2001 Cobra with 320 DOHC and the 2001 SS or WS6 with the same output. The 2001 was the answer to the claimed loss of the 99 and at the track they both seem to be even contenders. Running easy mid to low thirteens with an excellent driver. (on average). There is an exception to every rule. I wouldn't say either is better than the other when it comes to cam profile changes, headers, intake, or the sort. I have seen 400+hp from both motors. I will agree that the chevy does cost less to build but I will say I think the ford lasts longer. At least in my experience.
