Question My poor new S2k

Hi,

I just got an S2000 last month, so far its been a dream. Roadsters are simple too fun to drive around. Anyway, things have not been to good for my car as of this week. Yesterday, I had my antenna stolen... Does anyone have any recommendataions on where to get a replacement?

To make matters much worse, my dad backed into my car this afternoon... errr I guess now I know what he felt like when I got into my first accident in my parents car way back in high school. The damage is isolated to the passenger side door. However, its about 1.5 feet long and the paint is scratched down to the metal in some places. I'm not sure how they normally fix damages like this, but I would like to get a new door instead of having it bondoed. Is this realistic? or even best way to get it fixed? or is a bondo fix not a problem? My S is suzuka blue in case anyone has an extra passenger side door... =)

Sorry,

Can an admin plz move my post to the appropriate location.

SilverKnight,

Don't get me wrong, I was pretty pissed at the time...and even some still now that I have to deal with this ish... But I just figure that getting more mad isn't gonna do anything and is bad for my health (not that I'm in bad health, at least I don't think so ). I just need to fix it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You can get a new antenna from a Honda dealership, or I've seen them on eBay in the past.

You might want to visit a body shop for an estimate on your door. They should also be able to give you an idea of what would be required to repair or replace your door.

Good luck.

Yeah, it totally sux that my dad did it. It would be bad for the whole family if I claimed insurance, but then again I have no idea how much it would cost to fix.
