Default Need Headlight Bulb help..

Okay-- this is for my 2001 Ford Sporttrack (I know its not my s2k, but its my daily driver, and NO, I'll never own another Ford-- but thats another story).

Since everyone here is so knowledgable, I was wondering if you guys could help me find "drop-in" replacement bulbs for my headlights? They are reallllllly too dim (I have poor night vision). In my S2K, its GREAT, I totally love the HID's.

I don't want to spend huge sums of money, or convert to HIDs on the truck, etc... just some drop-in brighter bulbs-- so does anyone have a URL where I could get some? I know very little about lights.

http://www.piaa.com/ - You can find any type of halogen bulb upgrades including higher wattage cables if you wish to use higher wattage bulbs as well. Since you're probably currently running 55W halogen bulbs, and decide to move up to 85W or 100W even 120W for added brightness, you will need to upgrade the higher wattage cables for prolong usage.

Sylvania/Oslo(sp?) supposedly is putting out new HID replacements for many stock headlight systems. I have not found the link yet, but you may want to look for it. i saw info on it at a car show somewhere, but dont have that info anymore. can someone else confirm?

http://www.sylvania.com/xenarc/prodinfo.htm

Just found this. Looks like the systems may not all be out yet, but it looks promising anyways for some vehicles.

Damn, these HID fog lamps look good! I'm contemplating to get a pair for the S2K.
