Older Maxima? Those probably need premium though, not entirely sure.

Thanks for all the replies, Completely forgot about the Camry, I may look into that actually, G20 would be alright too, they're somewhat decent looking too, but insurance is more for infiniti also.

I know I said I didnt want Acura, but looking at the 2nd gen Legend also, 3.2 V6, fully loaded, and very spacious interior would be ideal for me, I've heard they are prone for timing belt failures, If insurance is bearable for Legend ill consider that too

I'd stick with the Camry but buy the 4-cyl for the better fuel mileage. For long distance driving in those older models, they're far superior to the Accord (I owned two Accords - 1998 and 1999) due to lower noise and more comfortable ride. I prefer the Accord overall, for driving pleasure, but for long highway stints, the Camry is definitely a better car.

What he said. I haven't driven the latest camry but the different older models and they drive like shit. It's like a japanese cadillac. And not a good cadillac, the old ones that have blown shocks kind..

I'm not too adept when it comes to Porsche. How is the reliability on something like that. And really, for $5k?

V(I?)4 is fine too. My girlfriend has a 2004, same gen, and it is much smoother than the comparable 4 cyl Honda produces. Most people think it is a V6.

For a more laid back ride, no questions camry is better. I like the later model accords simply because I believe theyre nicer cars, I like the interiors and just the overall fit and finish.
So I'm looking for a pick up truck that I'm going to do mild off roading with and dump/home depot runs, what should I get? Weeeeeell I look for whichever truck has the best steering feel, because as an s2000 driver, a car renowned for its steering feel relative to its competition, I feel this is the defining characteristic that any car worth purchasing has to have.
I drove a 99 camry in high school or a little bit, loved the car. Quiet, comfy, made my ears pop when I closed the doors, just an overall solid car. Did its job very well and I'd highly recommend it. If I were buying new, accord, not because of the driving feel, but because I like the way it looks better inside and out and feel it's screwed together a bit better.
