Ordered an /M4 :)
I've really missed having a car to play with on the weekends. Nothing is more depressing than walking into my garage and seeing pictures of my S2000 hanging on the wall and nothing but my kids power wheels and my Sonata sitting there. Drinking beer and waxing the Hyundai just isn't the same, lol. The plan was to wait a few years and see if I could pick up a used 991 but At this point in my life, I'm just not baller enough to spend $70,000 on a 5 year old, 30,000 car with basic options.
Anyway, I have been reading up on the M4 and growing up Ive always admired them, though I found (and still do) BMW drivers to be the largest group of Douchebags ever. Anyway, Seeing the pics and performance numbers I started to really get interested and starting doing some reading on bimmerpost etc. Two weeks ago I dropped the wifes X5 off for service and there was an Alpine White with the carbon roof and black wheels. Car looked incredible in person, way more impressive than pictures. Sounded amazing too.
Anyway, I did a ton of research and started reaching out to dealers and from what I read, in typical BMW dealership fashion, the cars are being sold at MSRP, No discounting. Anyway, after doing some negotiating I was able to get probably one of, if not the best deals in the states. I would have gotten a better deal with a higher optioned car on the lot, but it doesn't have a Carbon roof.
Alpine white
Full Sahkir Orange interior
DCT (wife would kill me if I got manual)
LED lighting package
Harmon Kardon sound
19" black wheels
carbon fiber roof
MSRP $75,525, negotiated price ($69,000)
I'm sure it will take months for it to be delivered, but I'll post some pics and videos when she gets here. (Wife doesn't know I'm getting one, she's going to murder when it arrives
)

No............I just joined a flying Club (basically a group of guys who share cost of operating aircraft). I'll own one, but with a young family I think dealing with aircraft ownership would be a pain......, at least that's what I tell myself
