What I tried to do was capture the degree of enthusiasm/respect/desire of the typical posters on S2Ki toward a range of cars, in rank order of most enthusiastically talked about down to not so much respected. I did NOT rank order them in terms of how "good" they were. And it was only my subjective sense of how positively or negatively each car was seen. And I did forget a few that people do talk about a lot here, like the Corvette and the M5 and increasingly the RX-8. Maybe I should add that modded S-type Jag from Street Encounters...

The reason is it's not a ranked list of how great particular cars are, it's just my take on what people on S2Ki say about them, and except for a burst when the new Elise was announced, I don't think people here make reference, positive or negative, to Lotuses. Still, I would guess, based on the burst, the ELise would go just below the S.
Wow, you've been here over two years and don't know about the Elise posts on this board? You should do a search. A lot of S2K owners are selling and going to the Elise. I'm one of them. The Elise is a better track car than the S, and the revised Fed. car is very much a daily driver, but still with the soul of a race car.

Yeah if you're one of those small size 10 or under type of guys then the Elise will be great.
