Gee, I guess "Toyota quality" means "kinda crappy." :/
Much like "Chevy Aveo" means "American Revolution".

The Toyotas we owned were screwed together well and were reliable.

They just didn't drive sporty enough.

You're talking about its legendary "crapability" there! It's that kind of "crapability" that will take the company to the top.

Now, here's the real issue: should I buy Ford's stock right now? It's at almost an all-time low ($7.66). I mean, if I bought some right now, what does the future hold for Ford? Btw, Toyota's stock is at $92 (approaching an all-time high). To buy or not to buy? That is THE question!
Seems like a good time to buy their stock. Whether or not they are having to recall or not recall that company will never be gone. They will have good and bad years like everyone else. They will always be protected.

Does "buy low, lose everything" mean anything to you? I've lost close to $100K investing in crappy companies already. At the time, they seemed like they had potential to climb high, then poof! They disappeared. Those were the high-tech times, then the market crashed.

Now, Ford is not going to crash anytime soon, but I gotta be certain about its foreseeable future if I'm going to invest money in them. Afterall, what's the point of buying if its stock keeps going down or even staying at the same place. While Toyota and Honda's stocks keep rising to almost all-time highs, GM and Ford keep sinking to all-time lows. I'm not even going to touch GM's stock because it looks like it'll crash head down first, but Ford looks feesible to buy.

I think I'm going to invest some money into Ford very soon. But damnit, Bill Ford! Take your damn company to better grounds after I've done so. You'd better not let your company slide into the shit hole like my other stocks in the early 2000's!

Yeah, it means it's really hard to do, and it takes a good deal of skill and luck to do it properly, and to make money at it. Or else wouldn't everyone be buying Ford stock right now?
