ok my friend just got into a light accident. his car's fine except few scrathed but his drivers side airbag poped out..(acura TL)
so now he has the airbag sticking out of the wheel...
he wants to know how to replace it..can he , before fixing it, just cut or pull the airbag out? or should he leave it like that until he fixes it..
and when they fix it do they just replace the middle part of the steering wheel?

and how much does it usually cost to fix it?

$,$$$ from the dealer. Resale goes right in the dumpster if you have a nonfunctional air bag though.
