I like the R8, but they did advertise and hype it wrong. Up until recently they have said it would compare with the 911 etc... If this car came in at 80-90K it would rule that segment. But indicators show it will cost much more. I would also like an Aston Martin V8 Vantage over the R8. It will be interesting to see what unfolds as the R8 comes to market soon!

Amer,

its not detuned gallardo engine. its a dry sumped rs4 engine. the awd system however is the same one as the gallardo's. the LED's will also come as an option, as stated in EVO magazine this month if some of you have read it.

i personally love the exterior and the interor (gated shifter). i wish it has the gallardo v10 or CRAZIER the v12 TDi from the new Q7=]..

we'll see.

Yep, a slight reason for it's weight is the AWD system.

It's intended target is the Carrera 4 S.

If you were to ask me if I would take this or a C$S, it would be the R8 in a heartbeat.

If you want all out performance than the American cars will be better, but for strong (415 hp) performance and stunning exterior, and really nice interior give me the R8 anyday.
