I don't think they do, I was thinking about it one time but I was told they do not work well if all. Too bad they don't have something like this that would kill the radar in a 1/2 mile radius.

A magazine here called EVO tested them about a year ago. As I recall, they found they were effective, more so than the detectors, but could not be recommended because you could be liable to a charge of "obstructing the police". You might find it on their site:

http://www.evo.co.uk/

If you are interested I could probably find the article and let you have the details of the models tested. Not sure about the bands US V UK though.

Motor trend did a test on these things a few years ago, and for the most part, were very disappointed in the results.

I still have the article laying around somewhere. But in order to make a quality dent, they had to paste a bunch of deflectors to the front of the car and even then it was not that effective.

Certain materials are better at absorbing, so bras can help. But it doesn't help for laser.

I've seen disappaiting covers for the front license plate frame, but I'm not sure how well they work.

Best to speed in groups. :-)

Laser Scramblers work by using red LED's on the back and front of the car. When the laser bounces off the car, the gun recieves it...but the radar gun would also recieve the LED's, so it gets multiple responses and the time is undetermined...wow-and I'm only fifteen. Anyone wanna know how loitering works?
