Default Replacing tires?

When it is time to replace tires do you replace all four tires or just the back ones for the first set?

Because you can't rotate the tires from the front to back because they are different sizes.

Just replace the worn tires.

The front tires tend to last 2x as long as the rears (at least that's my experience).

I replace the worn set. If the rears need replacing, I just replace the rears. Same with the fronts.
