Great news! Sounds like I will be able to afford the 6spd model, but the loaded trim will be a bit too much...

$30k-$35k these next few months gets you all kinds of cool cars.

S2000, RX8, Lancer EVOLUTION, STI Impreza, 350Z,

Almost seems like the S2000 is overpriced now, although it is the only convertible in the mix.

Just about what I expected so it can compete with direct competition such as the 350Z and S2000, I am glad that there will be many options for the 30K price range in 04.... all cars that Scot said + the G35 Coupe can be had for around 30K, you really cant go wrong..

That is a GREAT price! Sounds like it will be a terrific value just like the S2000 . I considered trading for an RX-8 but I like my S too much , but would still like to test drive one

Agreed, nice pricing.

Though comparing to the S2000 is tough since convertibles always carry a significant premium. The premium on the Beetle convertible is about $4-4.5K. We'll see what it is on the 350Z.

But if you don't want a convertible, there's some nice cars at reasonable prices out there.
