Having had the pleasure of beating the snot out of an SRT-6 for an afternoon I've got to say I like your choice. On the highway it was a relaxed cruiser but drop your right foot and it would seriously scoot. A full throttle run from a roll to about 130 and back to the speedlimit took very little time. For the price you're paying I think even living where I do without a bad commute I could forgive it not having a clutch, at least for a year or two. Good going.

The roadster may solve some of that though

If the srt6 came with a 6spd I would have seriously considered it over the s2000. But in your situation I may have done the same thing.
LOL, I saw this video when I was researching the SRT6. Clarkson was on a roll. It was hilarious. And yes, the "dog dump" @ 2:25 was classic. But he was driving the anemic base model with 215 HP. I wonder what he would think of the SRT6? AMG engine and AMG transmission, SRT tweaked suspension with 50% stiffer springs and anti roll bars, staggered 18/19" wheels. Believe me, the SRT6 is not underpowered. Of course SRT did add the big a$$ wing. I imagine Clarkson would have a comment about that.
