that seems so funny to me. For all of this time, i've been comparing the stats on car after car, and i've always held the z06 on the top of my list, but for some reason the regular c5 has slipped through the cracks even though it has better acceleration than most cars out there....perhaps because you will see 50 on any daily drive

By and large all the magazine times are the same...
By and large all of the time slips Ive seen are the same.
The Sti spanks it at first then the c5 catches up. Its kinda like this:
< quarter = Sti
Quarter = equal
> quarter = c5

ET close but, but trap speed def the C5.
On the same topic I've see the EVO about the same 0-60 as the Z06 because of the launch, but after that the Z06 is way faster.

gosh darn it, you guys are really making me rethink my purchase of a mini cooper s (picked it as a small car that my company will basically pay for, plus I love the looks I get in it.)
Although I have not got mine yet, I definetly think I will go check out the STI next week.... Grabbing a MCS off the lot in a few weeks....
