sti vs. c5 (non Z06) which would win?

I figure I'm a Joe-average racer and I get 12.6's to 12.8's in my stock Z06 at Carlsbad Raceway, the fastest local venue. Drag radials and a better driver nails 12.0's and rare 11.9's at the same time & place (heh, I have in-car video with him kicking my @ss in the other lane).
I can't say squat about base C5 times but 114+ MPH on stock tires smells bad to me.

I agree with Penforhire, the stock Goodyear runflats on the the regular C5 SUCK BAD. Swap out for good non runflats and you pick up a better ride, better handling, better grip, everything.
114mph bone stock on a regular C5 would be a big freak, but within the realm of possibility, most newer regular C5 six-speeds are in the 110ish range bone stock.
