I'm wondering if anyone can help. I S/C'd my Sequoia with the TRD supercharger. The manual states it adds 100 horse and 100 ft/lbs of torque. I have to admit, the S/C helps - especially when I tow a boat. TRD says it pushes 6-7 pounds of boost. Is there a way to add a different pully to increase that - to make it even quicker?

 

I know for the 3.4 V-6 TRD added a 7th injector in the charger for more power, maybe they might do the same for the v-8. You should check another forum.

You may want to ask around to see how much boost you can safely run without blowing up your motor. Every engine is different.

 

i'd do search for a landcruiser board. specifically the uzj100. cruiser heads tend to be a more technical bunch than sequia owners. your sequioa shares its engine (2UZFE) with the 100 series landcruiser.
