I've actually heard they are pretty quick, but I havn't seen one yet.

Most Mazdaspeed cars only last 1 MY. The bonus is that, for some reason, they usually make way more than they can sell. I remember when I cross-shopped the Mazdaspeed Miata against our car, they were selling for less than loaded standard Miatas (around $20k flat).

Back in 1994 I payed $22K for a GS R. It was a perfect car for a college kid. Now days the MS3 is cheaper(factoring inflation), faster, and more practical. That's what I call progress. My wife, as well as other women I ask, hates the car when I point it out. Screw them, I happen to love it.
