I had 4 bikes in 5 years..

Had 140mph on my first bike, 600 Hornet... no fairings!

158 and 162mph on my CBR600 Fsports (1st one wrote off not my fault!)

173mph on my last bike, the awesome 954RR Fireblade.. sadly gone but I've stuck with Honda, just a bit slower... and safer!! Hit 153mph in the S with the roof down though...

all my 600s i had i think i did around 150-160?
fastest i ever gonn with the bike was 189mph.
it was my big bros modded 05 R1.... ill look for the video (had cam mounted on gas tank lol)
i didnt know how fast i went till i saw the video..... yea things sure move fast at 189mph! i was mad i didnt hit 190 tho lol

I've pegged a few liter bikes over the years, and I'm reminded of what it felt like to have those Aris helmets contort my face and impair my vision. I've also had two unintened get-offs. The last one totaled the bike at less than 25 mph impacy as I emergencyt braked and was spit off during the upside of a forward 360 resulting in a T-bone into the side of a minivan. It really hurt a lot. and I was geared up to the max. Think about the next time you're pegging it..
