they're both wrong. That said, if you're going to flaunt it and show it off, be prepared for others to be less enthusiastic about you arrogantly parading it around. Additionally, be prepared to have to walk away and do jack shit about it because you have so much more on the line to lose.

That's a full on lose lose situation. Get into a fight after that, and either A) get the shit beat out of you - thus obviously losing B) win the fight, beating the shit out of the other guy, and then going to court and a number of other things that could possibly follow with it (don't forget that it's all caught on video).

Moral of the story lay low, take it to the track.

Also, if that's a residential area, which it looks to be - then speed limit is anywhere from 30-40mph (based on double lane, and a stop sign).

Assuming a 1st gear, redline shift into 2nd, at the very least, then he probably hit at least 60mph in that area. That's enough to be pissed if you lived there and had a car repeatedly barreling down your street early morning with a loud ass screaming v12. At the very least, take it to the freeway, or some secluded back streets.
