H series in an EF chassis would be tough, oil pan ground clearance would be almost non existant. I'd go either an Integra non-vtec B18 or a CRV B20 block with the head of your choice... B16A would be a good one. The CRV/VTEC alone would make that a very quick car, with boost added in.

Do they not make aftermarket oil pans for that engine? Plus, I am willing to make some major adjustments to it. But when I say I want fast, I might enter into this, but only if I can have a Very low 12 second car on the street, and 11's at the track.

Don't listen to this, No offense Young_R.

Go check out the latest issue of DRAG magazine. It has an article in there entitled Courtney's Love. The Civic Hatch in there has 600 WHP(on a Mustang Dyno too) and it has a turbocharged GSR motor. He is local and is currently in a car show here parked in the same booth as me. He is notorious around here. Also, my good buddy had a Civic Hatch with a turbo GSR motor that was pushing around 400 WHP. It was an awesome car...until it got stolen.

I just found out from my project partner that we got an LS motor with less than 10,000 miles on it. B18B1. I did some research, and the bottom end is strong on that. But I do not know about going VTEC, as I would prefer to go high boost. My end goal is low 12's on the street, so I will need roughly 300 HP to attain this, coupled with all of the lightweight and gearing mods. How much boost can a high compression GSR motor really take?

Alot of the HC1 guys are doing K20's in older hatches recently... that'd be the hot setup.
