370 looks like the 350. Neither looks even remotely like a 240. Completely different proportions. The little quarter windows that attempt to pay homage do not erase the fat, bloated toadness...

I think the 370z will age better. I'm not counting the new ones where they completely screwed up the front and made it look like the 350z, but the ones with the original bumper design for the first few model years.

Never cared for the 300ZX personally. FD RX-7, 3000GT, and Supra all looked a lot more modern for the era in my opinion.

The 350z is cleaner/simpler design than the 370... The 370 has too many quirky elements (front bumper fangs, weird curvatures of lights, blocky window frames) so if you're talking about a "classic beauty" the 350 fits the bill better. If you're talking about something that looks good in a futuristic i-robot sense the 370 would win.

350z=240z, 370z=280z IMO

There's definitely resemblance there - and either way it looks a lot more like the older Z cars than the 350 did.

Similar bonnet lines and bonnet lengths, similar sloping roof line, similar windshield rake, similar front and rear window shapes. You can definitely pick two more different looking cars.

Oh - and similar front and rear overhangs too.

You must be high. 240 is way more cab-rearward, arched roofline vs pinched, lower cowl, steeper windshield, on and on and on. 350 and 370 almost have fwd proportions, and consequently worse f/r distribution. Their hoodlines are severely bloated leading to a much higher cowl. Effect exaggerated by shorter hood.

Classically beautiful sports car vs scrunched down luxosedan with proportions more in common with a G6coupe. Kinda gross...

The 350z to me is rather plain, but unoffensive. The 370z is more interesting, but not in a good way.
