You call that a trunk?

I think it is funny how people who aren't even looking to buy the car are making up all kinds of reasons why it isn't fit to own.
Lets ALL stop thinking and talking about Ferrari, since none of us are looking to buy.
I really don't care much about the daily drivability of a car but damn that is hardly any trunk space at all!
I usually keep a spare set of clothes, tennis stuff, jumper cables (Help those in need xD), drinks, oil, and other junk! No way thats going to fit in the Solstice!

I saw one on the road today..... I don't know why anyone would buy it. It's a pretty ugly roadster. I just look at the car as a redneck trash s2000. 5 speed transmission? we are in the 21st century! every roadster now a days is equipped with a 6 speed. And out of a 2.4 L engine, 177hp? Pathetic... If you are going to buy a roadster, I would atleast want some bragging rights. I feel that GM has failed in the Pontiac Solstice.

I thought there was a 2 set of golfclubs gentlemens agreement when it came to convertibles.
Me too. I didn't even think it was possible, but that trunk looks even more useless than ours!
How soon people forget. The Plymouth/Chrysler Prowler comes with NO trunk at all, zero, zilch. The Prowler was also a roadster put into production under Bob Lutz when he was heading Chrysler. The prowler did have an optional "matching" trailer that you can hitch to the back to haul your golf clubs.
