Hey speed isnt everything, So i could care less that a zo6 is faster then a 911... I'M A PORSCHE GUY ALL THE WAY,,,, NO QUESTION....
Drive both and you'll notice the difference in build quilty, and futher more, rack up some miles on both cars and see how each drive... i will bet , that the 911 feels exactly the same as it was brand new and the vette will be a rattling piece of garbage that's falling apart...

I would TOTALLY flame this guy except I went to bang third today in my Z06, and the rear bumper fell off, due to the MAD torque. An inquest is pending.

911 turbo owner here. Any car needs shocks and eventually springs replaced. My turbo now has a rattle it never had before, but I think I can fix it. I feel lucky that I am not one of the 2001 911 turbo owners who had to take their car back to the dealer to have teflon tape applied in all sorts of places to stop the squeaks.

Oh yeah, shit I forgot, domestics are garbage, Japanese and German cars ROCK!

quality wise, the 911 is waaaaaaay better. in top gear they test drove the new corvette, and they were basically bashing on it cause of how cheap it is, interior and exterior. id take ANY form of 911 over the corvette. theyre just built too damn well. although i must say, the corvette looks very nice from the back. the front is old.

the GT2 is my idol.

I just read an interesting "stat" in a Motor Trend article about the new C6 Corvette convertible. They claim that 60% of all Corvettes sold are automatics.

I am really surprised (and a little disappointed) that the number is that high........

I've heard Top Gear is notoriously harsh on American cars to start with..
