Z4 Engine Tube Imitates S2K?
Folks,
I got a kick out of reading the following in the latest Car and Driver review of the BMW Z4. They are commenting on the Z4 engine tube that pipes noise into the cabin like a sub woofer:
"...we note that at about 4000 rpm--when you can really begin to hear this device--it doesn't sound like a straight six. It's the noise from some other, higher-strung engine."
Now, I wonder which "higher-strung" engine they are referring to? A garden-variety F20C perhaps? Makes you wonder...
