Sell it and buy a new car with a clean title?
Seriously, there wouldn't be much point to salvage titles if they could be cleared from a car's record. Which is not to say that they can't be, only that I will be disappointed if it turns out that you can.

I think you're thinking of a rebuild title. If you're in a state that allows rebuild titles, the car is deemed "salvagable" if it can meet the requirements put out by the state once you're "rebuilt" the car. I think that's how it work anyways. But as others have said, salvaged vehicles will always be salvaged vehicles, even if they are fixed up salvaged vehicles
