I am sure that new owners will be relieved that the stitching on the glovebox is sound whilst the 3rd replacement engines are being delivered

I'd kill for one, but at 60k new I can't justify it unless our next house is a bit cheaper than we were planning. My nearest dealer (some 200 miles away) has sent me on some 2nd hand prices which are just above 40k, but I'm not sure they'd be able to give me the same finance deal as a new car. If they could, I would almost certainly buy it if the numbers all stacked up. The dealer is also opening a showroom in Glasgow soon, which takes away the only other negative of owning a TVR - driving it 300 odd miles to have it serviced.
