just bought one of these, and so far it's been going well, although it seems finicky on when it will want to record continuously (yes, that setting is enabled in the config file)

i've just done a test with a 2gb card (about 25mins), and the blue LED is now flashing fast (iirc, according to the manual, it means the SD card is full)
i suspect it has todo with 'file in use'.
ie: because there is only one recording file (25mins long), and it is still being written to, it is unable to delete it to continue recording.

has anyone else found this, and figured out a solution?

SD card is fat32 formatted, and seems to create one big file (rather than lots of 100mb files for example).
