All valid and very helpful comments above

Chris, ask your mate to check the web site out below.

http://pepipoo.com/

Worth a read, and may be of some help. When I reached a certain ammount of points for speeding, I invested in a Road Angel, I now only use it on roads that I've not driven before.

nip wizard on pepipoo is a good start (assuming he has been sent a NIP)

As far as I can see from a quick browse on their forums they still can't prosecute if you can show you have exercised due diligence attempting to recall who was driving at the time.

Because

1. He is stupid
2. It is funny for the following reasons:

2.1 It pisses him off
2.2 It pissed you and your ilk off

2..2 is an invalid reason! How on earth could this thread piss me off?

I'd be more pissed off if I had 3 points come through the letter box this morning!

Which I may well do after todays trip up to Rockingham.

I've recently moved in with a friend, hes been caught speeding twice by the same camera.

Reasons being are: 1- The back of the camera is not reflective, its just a pale yellow. So although its a big camera alot of people do miss it because it does not have the reflective back. 2 - There are no speed camera signs on the strech of road he got caught on.

For the above reasons does he have a good enough case to be avoid getting these points, 6 in total?

Thanks in advance for your help.
