Look like SPECS to me chap - why else plonk em on the most notorious biker road in the UK - bloody powers rangers have a lot to answer for

 

The M5 section I meant, though that site I posted only seems to show operation SPECS not pending stuff.

Cat & Fiddle stuff is SPECS but there are loads of "rat runs" to confuse them apparently!

I do the M5 bit all the time.
No idea if they are set at 70 ish, but who wnats to take the chance.

Now I know of one well known (ex) owner on here who NEVER can be seen on a run with a forward numberplate
