It is if you fancy an Elise/Exige/S800 Coupe or any other car made for short arses...

and on that point, please amend the title of the thread, Pete. Will Mark's car ever be "built"?.....

finished is more appropriate I think. It is being "built", just very slowly

Gad,

Dax is just up the road from me.

Their innovative anti-roll suspension looks intriguing and the Cobra reps (I know!) look brilliant.

Having said that, I think I'd prefer to do a Caterham, possibly out of brand snobbery. Karen assisted in her father's build of one, many years ago!

I understand that the revised date for this mythical car being finished is 2056

Good luck and do a lot of research before you spend your hard earned.

Caterham and Westfield are really good quality and holes line up
Many of the kits - the holes don't and it isn't a simple case of assembly.
You have to "McGyver" some of the parts.

Now... if you are going for a Hawk, GT40, or an Ultima.... that's something else.

If you haven't done one before, and funds allow - go for the Caterham/ Westfield. ( Good residuals...and pretty quick to assemble )
