23mm spanner (iirc) for rear diff fill bolt.

1/2 socket set inc ratchet
3/8 socket set inc ratchet
torque wrench
feeler guages
spanners
screwdrivers
allen keys (spark plug cover)
oil filter strap (i prefer the webbing style one - similar to seatbelt material)

thats bare minimum
air tools, welders engine cranes etc are luxuries.

im not a fan on snapon for this type of DIY stuff. i'm using a range of kit from sykes pickavant, draper, and stanley tools. branded, but not silly prices. end of the day i mainly use 19mm and 13mm for general maintenance.

You will also need a 10tonne press.

It just so happens that I am selling one.

i forgot to add....have a word with some proper automotive places - MVC (if your in midlands) or Partco are the two im thinking about.

see what sort of deal/discount/end of line you can pull because no doubt with a tool box aswell thrown into it, your going to be looking around

Oh and a mirror on a bendy stick, like dentists use

And long nose pliers to pick up the thing you dropped, that you need the mirror to locate
