Default Bilt Hamber detailing products

Just thought I'd share some thoughts on my most recent detailing products. Running low on a couple of things I wanted to try something new-Bilt Hamber stuff always gets good reviews so I bought some Auto-Wheel and Auto-Wash. Both are very good. The wheel cleaner is the best I've used, a liberal spray followed by a wait and a quick rinse with a mitt is much easier than the agitation I usually need to clean all the brake dust away with other wheel cleaners. I've found a few cleaners demand a pressure washer, but this doesn't seem to care how its rinsed.

Dirty wheel:

It turns red once all the iron has been chelated:

Then comes out very clean:

The auto-wash shampoo is also very good, it doesn't streak and leaves a good surface. Definitely a recommendation!

That looks like it works really well - where did you get it from?

Straight from Bilt Hamber unless you can find a distributor near you.

from Bilt Hamber direct seems to be the best way. I ordered yesterday at midday and everything arrived this morning courtesy of the post man. Fast dispatch!

I ordered a bottle of that wheel cleaner this morning from Bilt Hamber direct as well. I'll let you know what I think once I've given it a go ...

Its the best wheel cleaner i have ever used. Removes the carbotech pad dust no problems and wheels look gleaming afterwards without even touching them.

Its expensive thou, i used half a bottle and topped up with water and it still works just doesnt dwell on the wheel as well as it does at full strength.

Me too, especially on those M-sport wheels. Spokes are too close together for brushes.
