I would genuinely enjoy punching one of these morons in the face. Imprevos and Audi TTs seem to be their weapon of choice, togther with assorted chav hatches. I have yet to meet one who seems unable or unwilling to stay on their side of the road on blind bends. Oh for a tractor with spikes.

Anyway, having got that off my chest, I favour the C63 estate atm.
I think you mean 'able or willing'?

Ok Ok I was just going out to clear my head anyway ...

Stay on their side on their road is wot I meant. Or that they don't. Or can't. Or won't.

I'm just musing rather than helping Gad. I (personally) dont see the point of big money on an RS6 other than brutal pace and given the traffic on this rather crowded isle that pace will be effective during midnight hours only.

My 250 bike destroys my M3 on the commute.. Simply because traffic is not a factor, it can do my 10 miles in 20 mins of gridlock

So why do you have an M3?

Probably the same reason I would rather be sat in traffic in my Daimler or my Jag rather than some ghastly diesel. The overall package is far more important than 200mph or 50mpg.

I wanted that v8 is the simple answer i guess. And i needed practical at the time (4 seats, big boot). I'm biding my time pondering its replacement but i cba with the market atm tbh and it needs paint on the bonnet, bumper and door where it was dinged. I need to get that estimated and done.

I wouldnt buy another. Its a very good all rounder, not expensive for what it is and i like the idea but ultimately it's probably not really my bag.

How about a 335i estate? That would do 95% of a c63 for half the money and is a sleeper. A well specced one chipped is probably bargain basement fast, modernish, estate.

Quite and subtle too.

Thought I suggested something similar earlier with XdRiVe or whatever it's called?

You're slowly turning into me...

I was going to look at an SLS this morning.

You lot have shown me the error of my ways.

I shall vacuum the Rover and buy a hat instead.

Fast cars - what's the point?
