Bit pointless discussion oc but as i said i spend a fair amount of time in that car and i can assure you that if i didn't like the seats i would have bought something else a long time ago.

I thought you had the old-model CR-V? I've tried that & the seats seemed good. As did all of it, TBF.

The way Honda's lost the plot, I'd not be surprised if the latest seats have gone wrong - it's certainly received a bashing in the UK press, for being a step sideways over the older car.

Previous model yup.
Did they really change the seats? Something to check out next time i have an oil change.

Seats are quite different in the new model - no way could I do 9 hours.

Shame really as the rest of the car is lovely

That's the only explanation that makes any sense.

It's really odd, since I've found the seats in many Hondas to be truly excellent - part of their superb ergonomics generally. Mind you, some of the recent dashboards have been a bloody mess & the visibility's gone to pot.
