I loved the mirrors!!
They shouldn't be difficult to fit, any garage with some decent tools will have no problem.
Never understood why they were an option on the S3 in the UK when they are usually standard on every S / RS.... Audi = Money grabbing whores!

Just remembered one important thing.
The car is likely to be setup to use variable servicing - this usually comes in every 14-17k depending on how hard the car has been driven.
The car also requires a Haldex oil change every 20k which is not included and essential to the car. IIRC it's about

Mine was black too.
Alex, did you ever go to the first Audi-Sport Windsor meet? I remember a guy with a Forest Green S3 and wished I'd gone for that colour instead of the usual Black. It was just after I got my first S2000 and Dave (DHA) got his Boxster so it must have been 2002. It started out as a chance for the two of us to compare cars and it became a regular fixture for a while - Bison scared the crap out of me (and I'm not easily scared in cars) in his RS4.

Nope, as already discussed it wasn't me - I only ever went to one Audi-Sport meet, and that was up at AmD with a night out in Stratford (oh what an evening

I went to a few Audi Sport meets, the best being a night out and drive in Buxton... pretty sure that was when I first met Jo. Some fast driving that day!
There were about 6 of us in the hotel I think, along with other halves, Me, Al, Jon, DHA Dave, Christian and a few others who arrived on the day, including a really huge guy who was into his Mondeos, didn't shut up about the ST220, no idea why he'd bought an S3, can't remember his name though.
Also did a Stratford night out one Christmas, ended up with a
